Durango Colorado Realtor

I relocated to Colorado from the East Coast 21 years ago and I felt at home with the laid-back western style. While living in Denver, I started my career at the Flying Dog Brewery, working on the bottling line, progressing to head brewer and part owner, and finally becoming plant manager in charge of all beer production. After 8 years in the beer business I was ready for a change and pursued getting my real estate license. I bought my first home in Denver at age 26 in an up-and coming downtown neighborhood, I joined Nostalgic Homes and began successfully selling property in Denver’s historic neighborhoods. The birth of my son, Hunter, helped my wife and I make the move to Durango in 2007 to raise our family where we ultimately wanted to live. I can’t imagine anything more important than home ownership and a commodity having more value than real estate. I believe my success in this business is attributable to several factors: 1) I am an extremely hard worker and I thrive on being busy, 2) my belief that “where there is a will, there’s a way”, and 3) I work to empower and educate my clients in every transaction. When clients come to me with difficult situations and seemingly inacheivable goals, I know that if they have determination and passion, combined with my creativity, we will be successful.
